Failure? Why You Should JournalYour Workouts š§š¾āāļøš
I pride myself on being consistent. Octoberās calendar was my first āholeyā calendar this year. Though
October my heart rate monitor died, and I, coach Kwasa was feeling overwhelmed. Although I did get walking and yoga in, boy oh boy is this a reminder as to why I like to log as evidence of what I have done, with intention for myself. I donāt like to see gaping holes in my journal.š Youāll turn around and half of your year is gone. It becomes basically impossible to track your progress. And even more impossible to keep track the effects of corrective exercise aka developing greater balance, core strength, improved cardio vascular conditioning. Hard truth is most of us humans donāt follow instructions, and our ego (who is often on autopilot in the driverās seat when it comes to nutrition and fitness and is NOT accountable for anything other than vanity), so we donāt have a solid frame of reference or established mindset for a new level of sustainable results. 1000% percent why as a coach, I still use a coach(es) for positive honest accountability, critical insight, a solid base of long term experience. Period. If you could have reached a new level of result on your own, and sustained it, you would have. Myself included. Because I am human. Though I desire an another level of result. Iām smart enough, and have observed enough to be honest about the mechanics of self sabotageā¦ ~Kwasaš¦š«āØ *P.S. Donāt wait for New Yearāsā¦. That mentality of waiting is a scam! Those strings of perfect tomorrows will remain elusive if you put your valid excuses on a pedestal. šš„š¤š¾š©šæāš¾š©šæāš³āØ
