Why is it taking so long to heal?
Healing is a process. Grab your journal. Write down the above question? Read it out loud to yourself three times. Take three deep breaths! Pick up your hand mirror, or any mirror, and ask the question three times. Breathe again deeply. Now write. Allow the pen to flow across the paper. Write with compassion and deep gut level honesty. Sip hot water. Keep coming back to your journal throughout the day and put your thoughts and insights down on paper. What did you come up with?
